Each creature in a 15-foot cone takes damage equal to  6d4 piercing damage. The damage is reduced by the bonus their armor/shield gives them. (DEX increasing AC does not reduce) (ie. Platearmor 18+shield 2, reduces incomming damage by 10, standing in 1/2 or 3/4 cover also reduces the damage by 2 and 5 respectively.)
