Annoyance

You cause a creature to believe they are hearing an annoying buzzing.  When you cast this spell, one creature within range must make a Wisdom saving throw.  On a failure, the creature hears an annoying buzzing.  Whenever this creature makes a Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration on a spell during this spell's duration.  It makes the saving throw with disadvantage.  If the creature fails this saving throw, it takes 1d8 psychic damage.  On either a successful or failed saving throw, the spell ends.

This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
