Blood Moon Howl

You invoke the power of the Werewolf and bellow a ghastly howl, causing disarray to those who hear it. Each creature within 60 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a target suffers disadvantage on their next attack, alerts the caster of their current HP, and makes any concentration checks if maintaining spells.

A target automatically succeeds on the Wisdom saving throw if it has heard the howl before.
