The caster conjures a mass of fireflies in the target’s vision, with the aim to distract the enemy’s focus.
The caster selects one target within 40 feet who must make a Wisdom save. If failed, any Concentration rolls the enemy makes are at Disadvantage.
At Higher Levels: At Level 5, the caster can target 2 enemies; at Level 9 they can target 3, at Level 14 they can target 4, and at Level 19 they can target 5.

If ten million fireflies
pretty unique and mostly balanced for a cantrip, except the 10 minute duration. For a cantrip 1 turn is more balanced, maybe a couple turns scaling with player level.
I agree that the duration is off, also so is the scaling, per the normal scaling rules of 5e cantrips. I do love the cantrip, though, and it is a great idea. I'm building an Illusion based character and was looking for fresh Illusion spells.
