A frozen ice-blue arrow pierces a target within range and bursts out the back with a spray of frost. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d10 cold damage and a 15 foot cone erupts out their backside. Each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 cold damage. On a miss, the arrow crashes into target for half as much of the initial damage and no cone emanates from them. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage for both effects of the spell increases by one damage die for each slot level above 2nd.
