Ban Flesh

The enemy/target must make a Constitution saving throw.

Touch an enemy within your reach. That enemy must make a Constitution saving throw. If they are not successful, they are turned to their skeletal base structure. The effects of this are the following: The targets AC and damage are cut in half. Their current health is also cut in half. If the target has 10 hp or less, they must make the same saving throw. If they are not successful, they are turned to dust.

This spell cannot be used more than 3 times before the next long rest, nor can it be used more than once in a single battle. The spell is dispelled when the enemy/target is killed.
