Committee of Cats

On a failed WIS save vs. the caster's spell save DC the target is considered cursed. Target will intermittently see an illusory cat watching them.  Target also has disadvantage on perception and investigation to ascertain the nature of the cat.  Every 2 days the number of cats doubles. After 10 days the cats appear to be whispering to each other and some are wearing hats.

Any spell or ability that removes a curse should be able to end the effect.
