If you use this spell you are forced into a long rest but there are NO good effects from the rest.

Beyond realm. teleports the chosen crueture between life and death it has 2 days on the first day they take a constitutin saving throw the second day you take a strength saving throw 10 and above is good you onley get 1  good you then become a pebble you get both right you live but you get rid of halve your health.
