A creature of your choice that you can see within range is granted a tremendous blast of energy and regains 1d4 hit points. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs. The quick surge in health and energy provided by Avacyn's Spark proves to be quite taxing on mortal bodies. After you roll healing for this spell, roll a d10. If the number rolled on the d10 is 1 or 2, the creature also gains one level of exhaustion.
The spell's healing increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
The following Eldritch Invocations are available to you when applicable:
~Angel's Boon~
Prerequisite: Avacyn's Spark cantrip.
When you cast Avacyn's Spark, add your Charisma modifier to any healing granted.
~Controlled Healing~
Prerequisite: Angel's Boon invocation.
You have learned how to better control the reckless nature of your Celestial patron's blessing, decreasing the chance of fatigue for your target. When you roll your d10 after healing with Avacyn's Spark, the target gains a level of exhaustion only when you roll a 1.
