Battlemind's Reflex

When a creature would try to slip from your clutches, your psionic reflexes kick in. Make a melee spell attack and on a hit, you deal your normal weapon die plus your Charisma modifier psychic damage. Additionally, the creature's speed is reduced to 0 until the end of its turn.
