You whisper in with a cold toungue that only one creature of your choice that you can see, wracking it with terrible pain. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 2d6 psychic and becomes paralyzed. The paralyzed creature must succeed another Wisdom saving throw on it’s next turn or take 1d4 cold damage every round. The creature can repeat it’s save each time it takes this damage, on a successful save the creature is no longer paralyzed nor takes damage.
