Anti-life area

This spell creates a dome less than or equal to 10 miles in diameter that will permanently kill any living animals, trees, or spirits residing in the area. The death is instantaneous with no saving throw. The spell is instantaneous and casting dispel magic on the area has no effect. The mana in this zone of the world has been depleted.

This effect cannot be dispelled, nothing can survive in this area.
