agility potion

this alchemist only spell. it summons a vile of opaque liquid. the potion Increases drinker's dexterity mod by 1 and speed by 5 feet for every 6 positive dexterity score. you can hand it to anyone for free or you can use your action to toss the potion up to 20 feet. at 4th, 8th, and 13th level the effects duration increases to 4, 5, and 7 respectively, at level 16 the potion now gives the buff for every 5 dexterity score instead of 6.
