Aspen's Wakeful Slap

You slap yourself or a friendly companion as you mutter a simple incantation, the target you slap instantly gains the effects of a long rest, however the target also begins gaining levels of exhaustion rapidly every minute until they reach the final level, a target of this spell can not die from exhaustion gained by this spell. Upon reaching the last level the target of the slap will fall into an 8 hour coma that they can not be awaken from, this coma does not count as a long rest.
