Ataraxy

During a short rest, the peace and tranquility you find in yourself is reflected outward towards your party. With the completion of a short rest you and up to 9 other creatures of your choosing regain one spell slot equal to 2 levels lower than the level used to cast this spell. If the short rest is interrupted the spell is expended without benefit. If it is seen through to completion you regain all the benefits of a short rest.

Example: cast at level 5 regain level 3 spell slot.
