Aganazzar's White Hot Jet

You dab the red dragon's blood used in the spell's casting and smear across a surface or creature. If you target a creature, make a spell attack roll, smearing the blood on the target on a hit. Regardless, the blood then remains on the object until the spell ends or a creature uses it's action to wipe the blood off. As a bonus action while the spell is active, you can cause a white hot jet of flames to erupt from the blood stain in a 10 ft. long and 5 ft. wide line, and continue spewing until the spell ends. A creature that starts it's turn in the flames or passes through them for the first time on a turn must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 12d6 fire damage on a failure or half as much on a success. At the end of each of your turns, the creature or object the blood is on is pushed away from the direction of the jet, and if the creature or object collides with something during it's movement it takes a die of damage for every 10 ft. it travelled. The distance a creature or object is moved and the damage die used depends on the size - 360 ft. and d12s for a tiny creature or object, 180 ft. and d10 for a small, 90 ft. and d8s for a medium and 45 ft. and d6s for a large. A large creature or object isn't moved but must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be knocked prone (Or flip over if it is an object). A huge or larger creature or object is unaffected by this part of the spell. A creature that hits an obstacle while under the effects of this spell that it cannot pass through is restrained until the spell ends. A creature that attempts to smear off the blood after the jet has been activated must first make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC, failing to smear the blood and taking 6d6 fire damage on a failure or half as much damage and successfully smearing the blood on a success.
