A brilliant whorl of kaleidescopic magic bursts forth from a point you chose within range. Each creature in a 15-foot radius must make a Wisdom saving throw. Roll a d4 to determine what effect the magic takes:
- Splendor. The target takes 3d8 radiant damage and is Blinded for 1 round on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
- Slumber. The target takes 3d8 psychic damage and is Unconscious for 1 round on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
- Scourge. The target takes 3d8 necrotic damage and is Frightened for 1 round on a failed save, or half as much damage on a succesful one.
- Scorn. The target takes 4d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
For Splendor, the whorl is a bright, vivid gold and casts a brief flash visible from 100 feet away. For Slumber, the whorl is a dreamy blue and leaves a faint mist in the air. For Scourge, the whorl is a malevolent violet and leaves a stench like rot in the air. For Scorn, the whorl courses like rivers of red lightning and damages any non-magical objects in its range.
At Hight Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage of each effect increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
