Black Lash

You create a long, tentacle that lashes out at your command toward a creature or object in range. Make a spell attack against the target. If you manage to lash a object or creature and as part of the action you can pull the object to you that comes back in a straight line to the caster. If the target is lashed they can choose to fail or make a Dexterity or Strength save against the Caster's Spell save DC. If the target fails the save, the caster can choose to hold or pull the target towards the caster the full distance. The lash is attached to the caster and can be used like a grappling hook. The pull feature of the Black Lash can only be used against tiny, small or medium creatures.
