This is a spell of ensuring the trust of those not so trust worthy. To cast this spell, you must not be in combat. To begin, you speak aloud a proposed agreement, imbuing it with arcane energy. This spell can target one recipient, and they must answer the proposed agreement with yes, whether truthfully or untruthfully. When the proposed agreement is answered, the spell takes effect, and a slight non-painful searing is felt within mind of the creature. Whatever the proposed agreement was, a mental promise is now made to fulfill that proposed agreement. If the terms of the proposed agreement is broken, the caster is alerted, the target of the spell suffers 6d10 psychic damage, and cannot speak until the caster dismisses this effect, dispel magic, or greater restoration is cast on the target. If the spell is upcast to effect multiple targets, if one breaks the terms of the proposed agreement, all of the targets suffer the effects, but the caster also knows which individual target broke the proposed agreement.
This spell gains an additional target and the damage goes up by 1d10 for every spell level above 4th.
