Your hand glows with a sick green color. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 6d6 poison damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it is also takes an additional 2d6 poison damage at the start of it's turn. The creature than makes another saving throw against your spell DC to break free of the poison.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 (for both initial and poised damaged) for each slot level above the 1st.
