The space within a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on you is subjected to your will, falling under your control.

The moment that any creature of your choice within the area takes an action, bonus action, or reaction, you become aware of what type of action it is taking (e.g., making an attack, casting a spell, or using an item), though you don't necessarily learn precisely which action it is taking (e.g., casting the magic missile spell).

If you so choose, the creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw in order to successfully complete its intended action. If it fails, the action (or bonus action/reaction) fails and is wasted. A creature can only be subjected to your will in this way once per turn.
