  You fill an arrow with Fey intent. As part of the spell you make a ranged attack against a creature or solid object. Any creature within 5 ft radius of the target must make a dexterity saving throw, if a creature is struck with the arrow it makes its saving throw at disadvantage, all creatures in the area that fail are covered with a shower of glittering sparks that grant advantage to attacks against the creature until the Spell ends. Roll a 1D4 to determine how many rounds the spell lasts.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the radius increases by 5ft for each slot level above 1st (to a maximum of 15ft).
