Chilling Breath

A blast of cold air erupts from your mouth. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save creatures take 2d8 cold damage and have their movement speed halved, on a success creatures only takes half damage.

At Higher Levels: This spell's effect increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (3d8), 11th level (4d8), and 17th level (5d8).
