Argento's Sliver of Time

Up to 2 friendly creatures you can see gain an insight into the flow of time, allowing them to act in ways that are beyond their comprehension for a short while.

For the duration of the spell, up to 2 creatures gain 15 ft. of movement and no longer provoke opportunity attacks. In addition, they gain a bonus equal to your spellcasting modifier to all saving throws and attack rolls. If they wish, they may end the effect voluntarily in order to change the damage of one non-spell attack to it's maximum roll.
