Bolt Bend

You attempt to redirect the target of an incoming spell, from yourself or a target you can see within range, to another target. If the original caster is casting a spell of 5th level or lower, the redirection is successful and a new target will be selected for the spell's effects. If it is casting a spell of 6th level or higher, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, you can redirect the spell. The spell may not be an area of effect spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the redirection is successful if it's level is less than or equal to the level of the spell slot you used.
