Clock Magic: Time Halting Field

You create a cylinder field with a radius of 30ft and height of 30ft. Any projectiles, missiles, or ranged spells that enter the field are immediately frozen by a time halting sphere. The attacks will be held until the end of the field's duration. Once the the field drops the attacks will continue on their path.
