Clock Magic: Slowed World

You create a massive area where the time that affects your body is drastically increased, and the time affected all enemies is drastically decreased. This spell summons a massive transmutation magic circle with a clock above it in the sky showing the area of the spell. While in the area you are under the effects of the Haste spell. All chosen targets within the area must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or gain the effects of the Slow spell.

While in the area of Slowed World your speed is increased by 50ft, your AC is increased by 2, and you can take an additional action on each of your turns.
