You concentrate and create a snowstorm in anywhere that you can see. You must concentrate to maintain the spell, locking you in place defenseless until you end the spell. Anything within the spell area will take cold damage and has to roll a constitution check of 5 or higher to avoid being frozen in place for 1 turn.
