Arcane Arrow

You create a large arrow of pure arcane energy. You point the arrow toward a target and make a ranged spell attack. On hit the target takes 12d4 piercing damage and and sunders the targets armor. The target must make a CON saving throw. On a failed save the targets AC is reduced by 1 for 1 minute.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d4 for each slot level above 4th.
