You create three glowing songbirds of elemental magic. You choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, or thunder for the type of element you harness. Each songbird hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. Each songbird deals 1d4 damage of the type you chose to its target. All songbirds must be of the same type. The songbirds all strike simultaneously, and you can direct them to hit one creature or several.

Elemental choir is considered identical to magic missile for the purposes of interactions with spells and items such as shield and brooch of shielding.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the spell creates one more songbird for each slot level above 1st.
