A blazing cloak cascades around you. For one minute, all attacks do 1d8 extra fire damage and add 1 to your AC. In addition, when there is an enemy creature within five feet of you, each turn, it does 1d8 fire damage to them, or when someone makes a melee attack within 5ft of you.
