Butter

Slick butter Completly covers a creature.

When the greasy butter appears, the creature affected must succeed on a Dex Save or fall prone and come under the other effects of the spell on a failure, or not fall prone on a success(The other effects still apply). The creature Now disadvantage on attack rolls as the butter makes it hard to weild a weapon or attack as having sure footing is hard in this state, and a creature moving while affected by the spell must spend 2 feet of movement for every 1 foot it moves.

To dispell this a creature can use an action to clean off the butter a using cleaning liquid, or a slight of hand check vs your spell DC. A creature that fails this check by more than 10 also is under the affects of this spell under the same concentration.
