You point at a target within your sight, and make reference to the part of their outfit you wish to affect. The mentioned article of clothing suffers a malfunction, including, but by no means limited to:

• Shoes coming untied/unstrapped
• Buttons coming undone
• Pants ripping
• Dickeys flipping up
• And so much more!

If the target is not wearing clothes, the spell will in fact conjure a piece of clothing onto their person to be affected. The target suffers no damage except the emotional scars gained from public embarrassment.
