Condensed Iceball

Fingers spread with your index and thumbs touching, ki gathers within the center of the diamond eventually culminating in a blast of frigid air rocketing towards your victim.

The attack does not require a save but rather a spell attack using your WIS mod. The attack does 1d6 cold damage and halves the enemies speed on a hit. The speed decrease ends on the start of your turn and does not stack.

The spell can target a creature within 20ft. and in sight but if you're targeting a creature within 5 ft. of you, they can make an opportunity attack at disadvantage as a reaction unless you have an effect that negates this like the Mobile feat or if they have been hit before this turn. This attack whether it hits or not does not interrupt your fireball unless the attack is a critical.
