Choose one creature you can see within range. Black iron manacles emerge from the ground and clasp on each of the appendages of the creature (neck, wrists, wings, ankles, tail, etc...). The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw, or its flying speed (if any) is reduced to 0 feet for the spell’s duration. An airborne creature affected by this spell safely descends at 60 feet per round until it reaches the ground or the spell ends. Creatures affected by the chains can take an action to repeat their saving throw. A successful save allows the removal of only one manacle per action. Any creature bound by at least one manacle are considered Restrained

At Higher Levels: For each spell level beyond 4th, caster can choose one of the following options:

OR
Add two to the save DC
