Coated arrow

You coat one to three piercing type ammunition and imbue them with oil. You or someone else can make a ranged attack with one of the arrows by using a bow, or crossbow. On a hit, the target takes poison or acid type damage equal to your spellcasting ability modifier in addition to the regular attack. Hit or miss, the oil is used on the ammunition.

At 5th level, the attack deals an extra 1d8 oil type damage to the target on a hit. Damage rolls increase by 1d8 at 11th level (2d8 ) and 17th level (3d8) in addition at each level the oil type can be necrotic(11th) and radiant (17th).
