when you cast Caramelization bomb, you make a ball of caramel that can be set off at will or it will explode in the next hour.
The bomb always appear on the users hand and it sticks to the first suface you attach it to. To remove the bomb from the surface a creature can either make a Strangth saving throw to remove it and having it stuck with them or make a sleight of hands check using a sharp or thin object and having it stick to the object.
when the casting is over or when it gets to the time limit, everyone and everything within 10ft(3m) will be caramelized everyone between 10ft(3m) and 20ft(6m) must be successfull on a dexterity saving throw or be caramelized. someone can protect themselves using a shield, a magic wall or anything that can be putten between the creature and the bomb with the exception of armor and other creatures.
every creature caramelized receives 1d10 temporary hitpoints, It is restrained and petrified as all the surfacess and creatures afected are covered with caramel. when caramelized, the creature cannot move or act till the caramel disolves(by throwing water at it) or melts(by being 5ft(1,5m) away from fire while caramelized).
while caramelized a creature dont age or die but receives 2 levels in exaustion after being in that state for more then 1 hour, receives 1 poison damage per hour after 6 hours until 24hours when the caramel dissipates naturaly. With the exception of the exaustion levels, someone in a cold place wont receive the poison damage and the caramelization will continue to up to 6 days.
while in this state the AC of a creature is equal their armor +10, they cant take piercing damage and becomes vunerable to bludgening damage. any damage dealed to them while caramelized will be passed on to their normal body in someway.
