You manipulate a humanoid's life force, causing it to become drastically older or younger.
Choose a humanoid you can see within range - if the creature is unwilling, it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, choose one of the following effects for the target to experience:
Age. The target gains one level of exhaustion for the duration. Its appearance changes, developing wrinkles, liver spots, whitened hair, and other signs of aging.
Rejuvenate. The target loses one level of exhaustion that is currently affecting it (if any) for the duration. It also takes on a more youthful appearance.
A creature cannot be rejuvenated past young adulthood, nor can it be aged to the point of death with this spell. Any physical changes created by this spell disappear immediately when the spell ends.
