Cedric's Flame Trick

Flame spring forth in a myriad of colors to weave a dazzling display. The flames generated are pleasantly warm to the touch and can cause no harm. The flames shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. You create one of the following magical effects within range:

• A flickering flame appears in your hand.
• You breath out a burst of flame.
• You cause an object to alight, appearing as if it is burning. 
• Flames coalesce into the form of a creature of Small size, which begins to dance through the air around you.
• You create a harmless, instantaneous burst of flames, such as a small fireball.

If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to three of its effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.
