Punch forward sending a pulse of energy to strike straight through your opponent from a distance. Make a Melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 Bludgeoning damage. This Bludgeoning damage counts as magical.
This spell travels in a line and pierces through your target. Any enemy directly behind them will be hit for half damage if the Melee spell attack hits their AC as well. (This works even if the primary target is at 10ft away and the secondary target would be beyond the 10ft of reach.)
This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
paladins dont get cantrips
nor rangers
Is this OP for a cantrip? And Force Damage makes more sense to me
