An icey blue ray shoots from the finger tips of the caster. Suspending everything caught within its ice. Create a 15ft radius sphere at point that you can see within range. Those caught within the area of effect are subjected to the effects chosen by the caster. Choose 2, resolve all effects of this spell that require a saving throw at once with a single saving throw.
- All terrain and any non-magical water in the area are frozen solid. They become difficult terrain until cleared. Each 5-foot-square portion of the area requires at least 1 minute to clear by hand.
- Creatures within the area of effect take 6d6 of cold damage on a failed Con save or half on a succseful save.
- Creatures within the area of affect can only take an action or bonus action on their next turn on a failed Con save. A successful Con save ignores this effect.
- Creatures within the area of effect cant take reactions until the end of your next turn on a failed con save. A successful Con save ignores this effect.
Casting this spell at fourth level or higher allows for a choice of an aditional effect. Each effect can only be chosen once.
