Bow of Will

You pull an empty hand up to your ear with a bent arm, curling your middle and index finger in.  On another hand, you point your middle and index finger with a straight arm out, towards a target up to 300 feet away.  once in pose you can cast a spell or cantrip that manifests as an arrow to be shot down range.

A spell slot is still required to be used for spells being shot, and you must hold any materials needed to cast the spell in the hand pulled up to your ear.  you must make a ranged spell attack roll for accuracy but no damage roll when a spell is shot.  the spell does not become a ranged attack and activates as normal when the arrow makes contact with a solid object.
