Summon an arcane turret on a surface within 30 ft, the turret has 10 HP.  The turret attacks any designated enemies after the player, launching a single arcane bolt dealing 1D6 

This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
