Sorry, I can't put a link to the swarm of bees stat block, because D&D beyond won't let me make this public with "external links", even though it's just a link to a d&D beyond homebrew stat block, so your just gonna have to find the statblock yourself, it's called "Swarm of Bees", if it helps with finding it, I also made the stat block

Swarm. The bees can use another creature's space, and the bees can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny insect. The bees can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 0 ft., one target in the swarm's space. Hit: 10 (4d4) piercing damage, or 5 (2d4) piercing damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer.
