Blackfang's Baneful Locusts

You summon a plague of elemental locusts from the Feywild or Elysium, ravaging an area as they consume without discretion.

If you concentrate on this spell over the course of an hour, extraplanar locusts assault the land. All plant life, including magical plants, within five square miles of a point in range are consumed down to the roots and disintegrated. The soil becomes infertile and will not support plant life for a year. Any spells cast in the affected area during this time which create, or summon, plant life automatically fail if they are of 6th level or lower.

Only a wish spell can reverse the effects of this spell before the duration elapses.
