You reach down and touch the ground in a room of at most 60 square feet and secrete viscera from the tips of your fingers that changes the room's aesthetic. Targets within the space have disadvantage on attack rolls until you relinquish your concentration. Otherwise the spell lasts for 1 hour and does 1d10 necrotic damage to the targets at the end of each of their turns. Allies are unaffected by the spell.
