Lightning

A jet of water rushes away from you in a 30 foot cone in a direction you choose. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 8d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures who fail their save are pushed back 10 feet.

The water douses non-magical flames and soaks anything that it comes into contact with. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
