Damage/Effect

You form a magical bond between yourself and a willing mount you touch, allowing the two of you greater coordination and protection in battle. For the duration, you and your bonded mount gain the following benefits:

  • Your mount's speed increases by 10 feet.
  • While you are within 10 feet of your mount, you can communicate telepathically with it, and it with you. The mount doesn't need to understand a language with you for you to understand its telepathic messages or for it to understand yours.
  • While you are mounted on the bonded creature, you cannot be dismounted against your will by any means other than teleportation magic, and your mount has advantage on saving throws against being knocked prone.
  • While you are mounted on the bonded creature, your mount has resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage, as well as resistance to any damage types you are resistant to.
