Pulling out the Dollhouse speaking the arcane words cause the surrounding area to warp and change into a landscape completely at the mercy of the caster. While this spell is active the caster can make any changes to the landscape/physics of a 1 mile area around the casting point of this spell. These changes remain in effect until the end of the spell. If the spell is cast every day over a year at the initial casting location the effects become permanent.
The caster cannot change the area in a way that would directly cause damage (such as changing the entire ground into a 1 mile deep pit) but can create circumstances that can lead to damage. (Such as a rock on a hill that rolls down towards a target.)
The caster can only make 3 changes each round, the caster only gets 1 change the turn this is cast. (A change would be anything that alters the shape/property or physics of anything in the area.) Making a mountain into a slope would be 1 change, but making a mountain into a slope with a rock on it and a guide wall would be 3 changes. (What constitutes a 1 or more changes is up to DM discretion) A simple house would only be 1 change but a multi-storied/mansion would be as many as the GM interprets.
Changes to physics include doors that lead to the same room as you're already in, or gravity going different directions. Altering reality to a large degree.
This spell once active cannot be dispelled except by wish/limited wish or another sufficiently powerful spell. (Anti-Magic Field only dispels the effects in it's AoE and does not cancel the entire spell.
