At 3rd Level as a Monk on the Path of the Souls Shadow you gain advantage on any stealth checks, you bend the shadows around you in order to conceal yourself better in the Shadows.
This is at a cost of 2 Ki if in combat. or 1 Ki when out of initiative order. 

At 6th Level this ability is extended to the members of the party within a 30ft range of the Monk at the centre those within the bounds of the Shadow Manipulation gain advantage on their stealth rolls.
